Order process
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation
You receive an immediate email confirmation that lists every part in your basket, pricing, VAT and delivery details for your order.
- Allocation and checks
We allocate stock from our UK warehouse or schedule supply from our US partners and run basic checks against your notes and vehicle details so nothing obvious is missed.
- Dispatch and delivery
Engines and large items are shipped on a fully insured pallet service with tracking. Smaller items are sent by trusted parcel carriers. If anything in the schedule or specification needs attention we contact you before the order leaves us.
Technical review
Need a quick check before you pay
If you are purchasing an engine or a high value package it is sensible to have someone who builds with these parts look over the specification. Our team can check fitment, lead times, supporting hardware and common pitfalls before you commit.
Email us to review this basket
or
request a call before you pay
We will confirm compatibility, expected lead times and any obvious missing ancillaries. If something is not quite right we will suggest alternatives before the order is dispatched.
Payment and finance
Payment options for this order
At checkout you can pay securely by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other supported wallets. If you prefer, you can request an invoice and pay by BACS transfer.
High value engine and driveline orders use the same encrypted Shopify checkout that processes hundreds of regular Billy's orders each month.
Where finance is used it is subject to status. The illustration above is provided as a guide only.
Reassurance
Confidence for high value orders
Engines and driveline components are sourced from OEM and authorised performance suppliers. We have long standing relationships with the manufacturers we stock and only supply genuine parts.
Every order is checked by the team before dispatch. We do not use anonymous marketplace fulfilment or unmanaged dropshipping for for any of the products we sell.
The same people who support race teams and complex conversion projects also look after day to day orders. Whether you are building a road car, drift car, race car or simply replacing a small component, the level of care and technical support is the same.
