Engine fasteners are one of those categories where false economy can be catastrophically expensive. The bolts and studs that secure your cylinder heads, main caps, and connecting rods are the only things standing between a correctly assembled engine and immediate mechanical failure. Using quality fasteners — manufactured from appropriate materials, heat-treated correctly, and torqued to specification — is not optional in a performance engine build.

This is our largest single collection with over 4,000 products — the scale of which reflects the comprehensive fastener and hardware programme we stock. The dominant supplier in this category is one of the most respected names in performance fasteners, and for good reason: their products are manufactured to aerospace-grade standards, heat-treated and tested to consistent specifications, and available for virtually every engine, transmission, and driveline application in American performance.

Head Stud Kits — The Foundation of Cylinder Head Sealing

Head studs provide superior cylinder head clamping compared to head bolts for one fundamental reason: a stud applies purely tensile load to the sealing surfaces during torquing, whereas a bolt simultaneously applies both tensile and torsional loading that can result in inconsistent clamping force and the tendency for bolts to loosen as the engine cycles through temperature. In high-performance applications — particularly those running boost, nitrous, or high compression — head studs are the professional standard for reliable head gasket sealing.

Our head stud kit range covers LS, LT, Small Block and Big Block Chevrolet, and Ford applications in both standard and performance thread specifications. Kits include all studs, washers, and nuts required for a complete installation with correct torque specifications.

Main Stud Kits — Bottom End Security

Main cap studs serve the same fundamental purpose as head studs — replacing the factory main cap bolts with studs that provide more consistent clamping force and better resistance to the repetitive loading applied by combustion and rotating assembly dynamics. In any serious performance build, main stud kits are standard specification. Our range covers the major American V8 applications with kits designed for both two-bolt and four-bolt main configurations.

Bolt Kits — Comprehensive Hardware Solutions

Our bolt kit range extends to every engine fastener application — intake manifold bolts, rocker arm fasteners, oil pan bolts, timing cover hardware, and the dozens of other fastening applications that collectively make up a complete engine assembly. Sourcing these from a single, quality supplier ensures consistent material specification and finish throughout the build, rather than the mixed bag of hardware store fixings that characterise less carefully assembled engines.

Engine Mounts — Secure Installation for Swaps and Conversions

Engine mounts are a critical component in any engine swap or conversion project. The mount must correctly locate the engine in the chassis, resist the torque and vibration loads generated by the drivetrain, and in many cases accommodate the dimensional differences between the original engine and the replacement unit. Our engine mount range includes stock-replacement rubber mounts for standard applications and solid and polyurethane options for performance builds where precise engine location and reduced movement under load are priorities.
