Features:
• Reverse Venturi Intake Tube: This reverse design complete with throttle body bell mouth, creates a near "ZERO" drag intake tube
• Wall/Wing/Water Bottle: The water bottle has been designed as a wing to direct flow into the scoop assembly, while insulating the airbox from hot engine air. (Uses the OEM washer motor)
• Insulated MAF/MAP Sensor: Vararam uses a fire resistant material to help block excess heat soak
• Custom Green Street Air Filter: Designed just for the VR kits. It features a mesh screen to clean air flow and capable of producing 1,000+ Horsepower! Washable and re-usable.
On-Road Testing with a stock 2012 V-8 LS-3 Automatic Camaro:For the stock times we chose the “Best” out of 5 runs. With the VR system we chose the “Slowest” time out of 5 runs. We Data log using EFI live to verify changes in MAP Pressure, MAF flow rates, Timing curves and Air fuel ratio etc. This Kit has over 700 Log files in 2 yrs ranging from 100 mile cruises to 1/4 mile passes:
Basic Test Results: Stock 0-60: 4.96 Seconds; Vararam VR-DRX 0-60: 4.47 Seconds. That's 1/2 Second improvement in 0-60 times alone!
