The ZZ632/1000 is Chevrolet Performance's biggest and most powerful crate engine ever, producing an incredible 1,004 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and 876 lb-ft of torque at 5,600 rpm. This monster big-block represents the pinnacle of naturally aspirated V8 performance.

Engine Construction:

• Tall-deck Sportsman Bowtie block with all-forged roller assembly
• Cast iron block with 4-bolt mains
• Forged 4340 steel crankshaft
• Forged steel H-beam connecting rods
• Forged aluminum 2618 alloy pistons
• RSX cylinder heads with symmetrical ports derived from Pro Stock racing technology

Fuel System & Electronics:

• EFI induction system for precise fuel control with pump gas capability
• Crank-trigger ignition system with coil-near-plug ignition coils
• Pre-programmed, self-learning control system included
• 4500 Dominator-style throttle body flange (throttle body ships uninstalled)

Installation Notes:

• Requires starter, EFI-compatible high-pressure fuel pump, and air cleaner with 4500-series mounting flange
• Custom exhaust system required due to unique cylinder head port design
• Requires internally balanced flywheel for manual transmission applications
• Intended for premium pump gasoline (93+ octane)
