Exhaust Clamps, Flanges, Gaskets & Heat Wrap
The hardware that holds an exhaust system together and manages its heat output is as important as the headline components. A failed exhaust clamp produces leaks, noise, and vibration. A poorly sealed collector gasket allows exhaust gases to escape before the catalytic converter, affecting emissions and producing an objectionable smell inside the cabin. Poorly managed exhaust heat damages adjacent components — fuel lines, brake lines, and wiring harnesses are all vulnerable to the temperatures generated by performance exhaust systems without appropriate heat management.
Our exhaust hardware range covers the connecting, sealing, and heat management components that complete a properly assembled exhaust installation.
Exhaust Clamps — Secure Connections
Quality U-bolt and band exhaust clamps provide the secure mechanical connection between exhaust sections that prevents separation under vibration and thermal cycling. Correct clamp selection — matching the clamp diameter to the pipe outer diameter and using the appropriate style for the joint type — produces a connection that seals correctly and remains secure for the life of the installation. We stock clamps in standard and heavy-duty specifications for both standard and large-diameter performance exhaust systems.
Collector Gaskets and Exhaust Flanges
Collector gaskets seal the junction between headers and the rest of the exhaust system — a sealing surface that's subjected to extreme temperature differentials and significant movement as the exhaust system thermally cycles. Quality graphite and multi-layer gaskets provide reliable sealing that accommodates this movement without cracking or losing clamping force over time. Flanges complete the mechanical connection at these joints, and our range includes both standard flanges and billet units for custom applications.
Exhaust Wrap — Thermal Management
Exhaust heat wrap provides an effective solution to exhaust heat management — keeping exhaust temperature inside the wrap rather than radiating outward to adjacent components. Ceramic fibre and similar materials can reduce external exhaust surface temperatures by several hundred degrees, providing meaningful protection to components routed close to the exhaust system. Heat wrap is particularly valuable in tight engine bay installations, LS swap builds where the exhaust routing is constrained, and any application where conventional exhaust routing cannot maintain adequate clearance from heat-sensitive components.
