The LT1 is the 6.2L Gen V Small Block that revived direct injection V8 performance in the Corvette and Camaro platforms. Rated at 455 horsepower and 455 lb ft, the LT1 delivers a balanced combination of mid range torque, high end power and responsive throttle behaviour. It is suited to performance road cars, restomod projects and custom builds requiring OEM grade refinement and drivability.

The architecture includes an aluminium block with forged steel crankshaft, high flow aluminium cylinder heads and continuously variable valve timing. Direct injection provides precise fuel control, increased efficiency and improved cylinder pressure management. The LT1 offers a broad powerband and strong reliability within a compact package.

Notes

The LT1 operation requires premium grade fuel. Electronics, harness, sensors and FEAD packages are not included with the crate engine. Suitable for pre 1976 street vehicles or off road projects.
