Le carter d'embrayage Lakewood 15000LKW permet de raccorder les moteurs Chevrolet Small Block et Big Block aux transmissions utilisant le schéma standard GM, telles que les transmissions Muncie, Saginaw, Borg Warner T10, Tremec TKO et TKX. Ce carter d'embrayage est hydroformé pour s'adapter aux voitures GM grand format et intermédiaires de 1958 à 1987, aux véhicules F-body de 1967 à 1981 et aux Nova de 1968 à 1979. Il est certifié SFI 6.1, une norme exigée par de nombreuses fédérations pour les voitures réalisant un temps de 11,49 secondes ou moins sur le quart de mile. Il est livré avec une plaque de bloc-moteur et la visserie de montage de classe 8.
