Turbocharger Accessories & Boost Control

Turbocharging delivers the most dramatic power-to-cost ratio of any forced induction solution — a well-chosen turbo system can more than double the power output of a naturally aspirated engine, and modern turbocharger technology produces this power with increasingly tractable boost delivery and broad power bands that make turbocharged engines genuinely usable on the street. Our turbocharger accessories range supports both new turbo installations and the optimisation and maintenance of existing systems.

Electronic boost controllers, turbocharger down pipes, oil supply and return line components, boost sensors, and turbo system accessories are all represented in our range — the components that make a turbo system function correctly, run cool, and remain reliable under sustained boost conditions.

Electronic Boost Controllers

An electronic boost controller replaces the simple spring-and-bleed systems of older boost control arrangements with a solenoid-controlled system that can manage boost pressure with precision, vary target boost based on gear position or RPM, and protect against overboost conditions that could damage engine components. Modern electronic boost controllers allow boost pressure to be set and adjusted from a driver display without accessing the engine bay, and many offer the ability to programme multiple boost maps for different driving scenarios.

Down Pipes and Exhaust Integration

The down pipe is the exhaust section immediately after the turbocharger, transitioning from the turbine housing to the main exhaust system. Correct down pipe sizing and routing is critical for both turbocharger efficiency and system reliability — a restrictive or poorly designed down pipe increases exhaust backpressure, reducing turbine efficiency and spool speed. Quality down pipes in mandrel-bent stainless steel maintain consistent internal diameter through all bends, minimising restriction and contributing to a system that performs as its design intended.

Oil Supply and Return Lines

Turbocharger bearings are lubricated and cooled by engine oil circulating through the bearing housing. The oil supply line must deliver clean, pressurised oil at an appropriate flow rate; the return line must drain freely back to the sump without restriction. An undersized or restricted return line causes oil to back up in the bearing housing, leading to seal failures and oil leaks into the intake and exhaust systems. Our turbocharger oiling components include correctly specified fittings, filters, and line sets for reliable turbocharger lubrication.
