The Stilo WRC DES 9V rally intercom has a number of features over and above the WRC 03 intercom to further enhance the quality of sound and extra items to increase its functionality. | While it uses the same WRC 03 intercom system, the 9V model has a switch to enable an extra noise filter, which offers an extra level of noise cancelling in a medium priced intercom. This is a real benefit for noisy rally cars. | The intercom features individual volume controls for driver and co-driver and has a connection at the rear for a camera/radio connection. This connection can be altered between an output or an input for the intercom with a switch on the inside of the box. As an input, it allows connection of a team radio or an MP3 player, and as an output for the intercom feed to go to an onboard camera system. Also, within the box there is a switch to boost the volume of the crew's communications, this is ideal when connected to Go Pro style cameras. | This WRC 9v also gives you 2 options for powering the system, one with a 9v battery, but also hard-wired to the cars electrical 12-volt power supply. | The design of the WRC DES 9V intercom was to allow for easy adaptability to roll cages, to accomplish this, the intercom system features a contoured design allowing for easy install.
